Kellie Pickler's Massive Faux Mammaries

Is it wrong to stop a hot session of sex to see the results on American Idol? Just curious.

Anyway, I was watching the History Channel today. I love the History Channel, except when they talk about wars and the Aztecs, or dumb shit like the Nina, the Pinta, and the Santa Maria. I mean, really, who cares.

I learned a couple things that I wanted to pass along, since my purpose is to educate you:

* We copied our modern highway system from the Germans. Hitler was the one who created it there.

* Why are there so many circles on some of DC's busiest avenues? When the city was originally planned, it was to make a takeover more difficult for an incoming army -- the enemy doesn't have a straight shot into our city; at least, that's how it was originally planned

Interesting, innit?

That's all.

I'm preparing to see Zodiac this weekend, if you care. This, on the other hand, looks like a big pile of shit.

Checking the TV during a hot husband-on-husband session isn't wrong, but it could definately wreck the mood (TJ: did you actually get up to turn on the TV (wrong), or simply glance in the direction of an already-turned-on TV (mood wrecker) ). Having said that, it could be worse. I've cringed more than once when the phone rings and then mom's voice inquires via the answering machine speaker "hello, Andy & Jim are you guys there? It's mom....." Really hard to get back in the mood after that, so you may as well pick up the phone.

It is wrong to stop anything to check the results of American Idol. It is wrong to even watch American Idol. Just my opinion though.

I really, really care about the Pinta (my favorite!) but don't give a crap about the Santa Maria.

I won't be seeing either. I'm waiting for 300 next weekend.

The Jim Carey flick 23 turned out to be a pretty decent suspense thriller

Good question...I am also curious as to whether the same rule applies to Project Runway?

Apparently the Bush administration has felt the same way you do about learning the history of wars. And Homer, you're so off! The Pinta sucked. It was the Santa Maria that was the tits. It went Santa Maria, Nina, then Pinta.

Ok...the before and after images of Pickler are unreal. Her boobs are extreme!!!! The problem now with Idol is that they sprinkle the outings throughout the hour instead of in the last 10 minutes like they used too. So, it's more difficult now because you have to watch the entire program...which in turn interrupts sex, fights, phone calls, etc.

It seems whenever I turn the History Channel on, all they're showing IS Hitler!

My understanding of the "circles in Washington" thing was that L'Enfant lifted the idea from Paris, which also has circles. By having circles, the city is more easily defended by controlling those key choke points.

Recently learned that D.C. is also surrounded by a series of forts that were actual forts...Ft. Totten, Fort Lincoln, Fort Marcy, Fort Dupont, Fort Stanton, and Fort Foote among others. These were built to protect the city during the Civil War.

Of course, the older I get, the more I realize that "my understanding" is often enough wrong.

Her boobage was huge - like balloons!

And even with the huge knockers, she still can't sing!

But my question is, why would you stop? Can't you do two things at the same time?

This week on the history Channel, Barbarians! Hot, hunky, hairy, blood thirsty. What else do you need?
