I suppose that it's too much to ask that if you title an entry "Morning View" you either give the caption time or the posting time as morning. I realize that if you're in Rehoboth, you're probably only just rolling out of bed at 1pm, but it's still the afternoon.

TED - Morning runs until at least 2:30PM on a weekend. It's measured from waking with a few hours added on. It's always morning somewhere.
