Criminal!

Criminal!Check this out. There is a new FREE online database that allows you to search a name to find out if someone has any criminal offenses in their past. Anyone can access this. The scary thing is it also logs minor traffic violations. It's all contingent on whether that particular jurisdiction has recorded it. Very Big Brother. Hmmm. Not sure how I feel about this. What if someone was convicted of sodomy back in the day?!?

Luckily I am not listed on there. Whew. I also checked and Brett appears to be clean as well. Yay!

Hat tip to Rafael.

Hey, someone changed his head photo up on the banner... I think it's a very cute photo of that someone. :D

DB: Funny you should mention that. Just last night a "friend" asked, "Can I be honest with you?" And I'm all, "Sure, I love honesty." He's like, "I think that photo of you on your banner is unflattering. You look fat." I slapped him and cried, "Sweet Jesus, I can't win!" I've already whined about how I'm not photogenic. I thought that was one of the few pics where I look halfway decent. I am cursed! But thanks for the differing opinion.

I am not surprised my record was clean. The only tarnish was in 7th grade when I had a glue fight in Art Class. I had to serve time out for three days because it was alleged that I shot my glue first at another boy. I was some PISSED because I felt framed. In fact, I wanted my Daddy to sue the school board and the principal because I was innocent. UGH.

Wow, great site!

(Brett may be clean, but check out his other half...it's always the quiet ones)

Brett shot his glue first? Interesting.

Oh, don't listne to your friend, TJ. Friends don't tell each others the truth. They make you feel all sad and vulnerable, then they stick things down your throat! ...Like a lollipop or something to make you feel better.

I actually find you quite buff in the picture, not fat, and love the little brow-lift. :D

I never noticed the lifted brow before...you look hot as always...I would go all Amish on the friend and shun his ass!

I also checked out clean on the site which is suprising considering that nasty meth lab in the basement incident...oh well live and learn, I always say.

I am clean too! So is You-Know-Who.

Hmm
I'm clean.
But who is going to wave the dirty flag on the public forum?
Me. Naturally.
I am quite shocked that the dirty Vag didn't sell me out on the ticket I got in Williamsburg for "Following to Closely" in bumper to bumper traffic.
Cause firstly, everywhere else we call that tail-gating. Secondly, however, it was bumper to bumper traffic outside of Kings Dominion.
I think it was quota time for the cops. But anyway. So I have to wonder how much information show up in this database.

I must admit - I never noticed the brow lift until now either. It's subtle, and I DO like subtlety. Like when a guy is so excited he'll glue you up before you're ready. That's subtle.

But Charles Manson and Squeaky Fromme aren't on there. Neither is one of the guys I used to date, whom I know has a record.

I'm not sure how valid this is....or your claims to be 'clean'. :)

You make me sound awful! What I said was, "it wasn't your most flattering picture" to which you asked why, and I asked if you wanted me to be honest. You said yes, so I told you why the picture wasn't your most flattering - cause you just look a little, well, thicker than your other photos....there. Thicker. That's all!

The guy with whom I went to 1st grade, who later turned out to be a rapist, is not on there... Neither is George W Bush.
You have to get deep into Federal records to find me, though it is only a notation, not an arrest.

I cry foul! It only lists traffic and civil infractions. Hardly, a break down of one's criminal history. *Brett can breath easy now*

Finally, justification to get a new iPhone. I can picture it now...all the princesses in the bars criminalsearches.com-ing the boy they just met to see if he's safe to take home.

Definitely not a complete database. My baby brother comes up clean, and I know he's got a record in at least two states.
